This was 1 of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Silva was so kind, wonderful, and was immediately able to find my vein to draw blood without any problems. I also had to do a 1 hour glucose test and she allowed me to go inside to lay down during my wait so I was even able to take a nice nap. Such a great experience.

Had appointment, didnt mean anything. Had to queued with all walk-ins and it was first in, first out. 45min after my appointment was when I even got spoken to. Please update the office policy to take care of appointments prior to walk-ins. Staff are great though, just stretched thin

I am on my check up after my tumor surgery, they claimed that they didnt get the doctor order but they have it because I confirmed twice during the week just to make sure that everything will be ok for today’s visit, but today, Saturday, 01/28/23 I was there and they couldn’t find the doctor order, so I went back home because they refused to do the tumor marker test and mu doctor office is closed so I get him to fax it again. They should put EVERY order in their system, what era is Bioreference in? Everything is on electronic now!!That is not the only bad experience with Bioreference, two months ago the staff on Elmwood Park place forgot 1 out of 3 tests they had to do.

My experience here was very pleasant. I didn't have to wait long and was out of the office in no time. They're very professional and treated me with kindness. Definitely would go back.

Labcorp is overrated, at bio reference in and out in 15 minutes. Results next day even though they say 3-5 days. Helping staff.

Just left here... I waited 40mins just to find out that they can't accept me for blood work because I use a functional doctor from Mexico. Interesting how everyone speaks spanish but what... a doctor from Mexico is not accepted or qualified to approve of my blood work? I can't get tests done when I have a disease I need to check? Health care is complete garbage. The lady here asked me to send my information to their email. Email rejected it as spam and I show here. She says I can fax it... as if anyone still faxes things. How about fix your email? Complete incompetence. I sat there for half an hour trying to send info even though I showed it via phone, offered to text it to them or airdrop... anything. But no. That's when she finally told me, 'oh we can't except your doctor'. Why not? What kind of rule is that? I'll pay out of pocket, I just need blood work done and no one will accept me. Lady was ignorant. Building was old and nasty, I hardly trust doing blood work in a place like this... I don't get how the States get so much praise when the service is such s**** people are nasty and rude and complete ignorant pochos... In Mexico I can walk up to any clinic and tell them what I need, they act so professionally and know everything and tell you the prices and the facilities are so clean... but in the States, everyone is d**** privileged, and nasty. This place is a waste of time.

ProsNo appointment before head. Very small queue 1-2 people. Nice personal. I was able to find this lab and make blood test same day.Conslong time to get result. Like 10 days.

Had my first experience here to have the 3 -hour glucose test with BioRef here. Nurse/Receptionist Aleida was super friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Horrible!!!! Don't put your health in their hands, they simply don't care! First day of appointment the proper doctor wasn't available. Next day, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, the doctor didn't want to do anymore CT's. Yes, I actually heard the horrible doctor tell this to the staff.

Inexperienced nurses. Did a simple blood draw it caused about 40% of my forearm to bruise the next day. First time that's ever happened to me/first time at this lab
