I usually have a good experience with the customer service and staff but today was a horrible experience- one lady who was working behind the cou ter was so irractic, irrational and yelling at customers I was in pure shock. I truly hope Managment rectified this situation.

Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with this particular location, but I can’t get a response from Corporate. SO HERE WE ARE!!I have spent a lot of money with Children’s Place over the years. Until now, this company has been my go to place for my children. I am highly disappointed in the way that Children’s Place has handled this situation. I have sent two emails and spoken to at least 3 representatives. On August 3 I placed an order and it was expected to be delivered on August 10 through ONTRAC shipping. This order was not delivered. I reached out to Children’s Place to see what my options were for this order. I was provided the number to ONTRAC by a representative. They have no option to speak with a live representative at ONTRAC. Since then I have been getting tugged between Children’s Place and ONTRAC to contact the other for a resolution. Your calls are recorded, so I’m sure that you can pull the calls to listen to the conversation. I am a mail order supervisor, and while I understand that issues should be resolved with the carrier, I also know that when there’s no resolve from the carrier, it is of the merchant’s responsibility to resolve the issue with the customer. I was told by YOUR representative that you guys rely on the word of the carrier and while that may be true, MY CHILDREN rely on ME to be able to supply the things they need, and I relied on YOU to make sure that what I ordered AND PAID for from YOUR company would be received. I am highly disappointed in the way that Children’s Place has handled the situation, and I ABSOLUTELY will not be spending any more of my money with this company. Also, I called you on Friday and was given a phone number to ONTRAC that doesn’t even work. I called back to let you know that the number didn’t work and of course, no one answered. This company is disgusting at the way that they treat single parents who rely on them to make sure that items are received. I’m sure that you don’t care about losing “one little customer” and I may never get this issue resolved but I feel it my duty to let anyone that is wondering if they should shop with Children’s Place: DONT!! This is solely based on my experience!! Please remove all of my information from your contact list.

It’s always crowded the staff is not helpful there is never anything in stock that you see on the website and god forbid you order to the store for pickup they can’t find the order It’s just a bit much

I've been literally trying to call the store all day to change my day for my pickup order, and no one picks up! It keeps ringing and ringing and then it hangs up. This is so unprofessional! And this is not the first time, it has happened twice before as well. And even though this is a children's clothing store, the layout doesn't accommodate strollers! There's no way to navigate, let alone come inside the store with the stroller! Who designed the layout for the store? Apparently someone who doesn't have kids or strollers. Ridiculous!

It's a clothing shop in the mall, and the organization is terrible, clothes and supplies all over. The store is super warm and not comfortable to shop in, and the sizes often are hard to find for anything not tiny or xxl. Deals can be good, but the shopping experience needs work. Past deals and clothing styles were better than today's.

Came here to buy a few clothes for my kid. The signs are utterly misleading. My friend picked up a little purse for her little girl. The sign read "50% off accessories" but little did we know at checkout that purses are not accessories. See one of the pictures uploaded for evidence. This is fraudulent practice that should be investigated by consumer rights.

1) no chair to sit for elderly people or children who are tired I.e lacks basic hospitality. Which most of the shops in the mall do- wonder why they don't think of such basic thing 2) my mother, an elderly woman wanted to buy something for her grandchildren - she didn't find a place to sit (she has knee issues and can't keep standing for a long time) and as a result ended up falling 3) she then asked the people in the store to bill her selection while she went and found some place to sit. When she came back 45 minutes later, she was made to again stand in the queue- how inconsiderate !! the guys there lacked empathy 4) The Store is a mess and is claustrophobic in general. No space for strollers to pass. The experience is worse than shopping @ Walmart
