I would give 50 thousand stars if i could but only allowed 5 and all go to Darius, not only professional but caring treated us better then any T-Mobile store we been to. Fully answered all QS and would only recommend this location because of this worker. deserves to be noticed by T-Mobile thx Darius for your help

Great customer service Dennis the assistant manager was very helpful from the start he worked with me until my problem was resolved! Johnathan the manager was informative! I was very great full for them? being the other t-mobile store wanted nothing to do with me...Thank you again they are a great team

If you’re looking for any T-mobile assistance, I urge you to either 1. Not come to this one at the Newport mall or 2. Do not get assisted by Ahmed. Stopped by today to ask a question and this associate did not even bother to hear/understand what I needed help with, instead, gave me attitude and kept repeating how ‘the system’ did not have any access to anything (mind you, at this point this guy still doesn’t know what I’m asking for because he refused to hear me out) it wasn’t until my partner stepped in and asked for me instead where Ahmed decided to listen and understand the question to then again continue with such poor customer service. I’ve been a happy T-mobile customer for quite a few years but the service from the in-store associates always keeps a doubt in my mind.

If i can give this store a zero star i will. The guy Darius that helped me lied to my in my face one about store pick up and 2 on the phone saying he canceled my order when he never did. Now i have to wait 2 week for my phone. I spoke to a Tmobile expert and they told me that was inaccurate of the information he gave. If i can choose who will get the commission, he definitely not the one who to deserve it. Tighten up on the crew supervisors because some suck at this location. And I’m referring to the Tmobile on the first floor.

The service was so nice!!!! Mike is soooo patient and friendly!! My boyfriend and I went to t-mobile tonight to transfer fro att to t-mobile. We arrived at 9:15 pm and they suppose to close at 9:30pm. But Mike is so patient and nice,he helped us to activate our account and waited for us until 10:00pm. My boyfriend and I really appreciate it! Just came and want to say thank you to Mike!

Walking into the store at 915pm. Getting the application started at the store closing time! But Mike, one of the best representatives of T-Mobile, helped us to go through the application even half an hour after the closing time. Thank you for being patient and friendly, Mike! Your hard work did show people that T-Mobile has been in the different level from 10 years ago(when I first used T-Mobile and changed afterwards).

Why doesn't everyone just have TMobile? The competition either stinks.. or is way more expensive for LITERALLY no reason! I get coverage everywhere I go.. and every representative I've encountered has made me feel right at home

Jessica, the MOD, was great!! She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Frankly, she saved the day. Initially, I had the bad fortune of walking up to a rep (RJ or CJ) that was extremely passive aggressive. He was clearly upset that I walked in 10 minutes before the store closed. He tried to make something that was so simple seem difficult. Thanks to Jessica from # 2941, I was able to get a phone before I left for a family trip and before the store closed. T-Mobile, this woman is an asset to your company!!!

Just joined T-Mobile under my husbands contract he was due an upgrade. The gentleman at the store assured us nothing would be wrong with our bill. We opted not to insure our phones. When we finally received the bill they put insurance on both phones and the accessories we had purchased for the phones in store (extra 50 bucks) & the guy at the store added mobile hotspot which was an additional 45 dollars a month on our bill. When I called T-Mobile to figure out why our bill was 100 dollars more then what we had been quoted in the store she explained that these sales reps get commission for adding these things to your plan. BEWARE! Also T-Mobile customer service was giving me a hard time about making changes to the account because we made the purchase in-store. She said I would have to return to the store to adjust the account. Once I told her that I would rip the sales rep a new a****** if I saw him in person she promptly transferred me to a sales supervisor that could assist me in making the changes. The reps at this store are dumpster fire employees and are just looking to make commission off you!

Worst store ever. Just skip this store and the other located in the same mall. You name it, worst customer serve ever. If you don't your job, quit! From grotesque incompetence, to the lazy and lathargic way they treat ylu as of they are doing to you a favor. In addition to this review, I'll be submitting a formal complaint and once I'm done paying off my device, I'll close my account and move my 4 lines elsewhere.

Last year, I walk into this store to pay my monthly bill. The staff looks at my account and they tell me that I have accumulated some store credit based on my taxes that were withheld from my monthly bill this past year. They said I could use it towards purchasing any item in the store. So, I got the Megaboom speaker and paid the difference of $20. Then I find out I been paying the Megaboom speaker all this time. I called 611 and they gave me the run around. I went to the store and they all act like it never happened. It's like you were never there but somehow they undermine your thinking that you got something for nothing

The associate only gave me 1 sock last year bcoz he said "1 promo item per account" since we have a family account we only got 1 sock last year. This is news to me - he sounded like the other 3 lines were not paying for Tmobile service. Please provide more training to rude sales associates. It shows they are more lax on giving promo items with their friends and family as they do not need to show off "Redeem ".
