They installed an anti theft device for my catalytic converter. No garage or auto part store in Bayonne, Jersey City or Union would help with ordering the part.
I brought my car in, they checked out the converter , ordered the part & installed with no problem. I really appreciate everything they did.

My car has 130K+ miles on it and had been having some issues that we couldn't diagnose. Danny figured out all of the problems and offered clear solutions in a way that didn't make us feel pressured or taken advantage of. The turn around time was speedy and Danny was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. Prices are very fair for high quality work. I'll be going here as king as I'm living in the area.

I've had only excellent experiences with Broadway Sunoco. I usually communicate with Danny, and he is honest and accommodating. When something needs to be fixed, they do a great job, for a reasonable price. And they never "discover" anything that doesn't actually need to be fixed, if you know what I mean!

My car wasn't starting and had it towed here because the website said they specialized in my car make and they were near by the place my car broke down. I would've taken it to the dealer but all the close dealerships had weeks to wait to be seen. I thought it was an issue with the electronic key. But Broadway Sunoco was certain it was something wrong with the timing belt. After keeping my car 2 weeks they couldn't figure it out. I wound up getting it towed to a dealership anyway. I had AAA tow it while I was at work. The dealership called me when it arrived and they said, "you didn't tell us it was in pieces!". Sunoco had disassembled my engine and left it IN PIECES IN A BOX ON THE SEAT!!! Before the service center at the dealership could even diagnose the problem, they had to put it back together--$900!!! Once they put it back together, they found out it was...the electronic key! I had to order a new key for a couple hundred bucks so all in all it was $1100. But $900 of that was because Broadway Sunoco took apart my car and never reassembled it! Don't go to this place! They don't know what they're doing and they cost me a grand for an easily fixable issue!

If you are searching for a professional, quality repair shop in Jersey City, one in which their standards are based on honesty and integrity, look no further. Recently I ended up in a conundrum when AAA was unable to provide a tow truck that could navigate a low clearance garage. Broadway Sunoco in Jersey City was a godsend. They promptly sent two employees who actually pushed my vehicle out of this garage and onto a rollback for transport to their service station. Danny kept me well informed about the ongoing repair process, the amount of time I could expect this to take, and all fees involved. Several days after retrieving my vehicle, I received a follow-up call asking if the repair was completed to my satisfaction. As many of us know, this level of commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction is rarely practiced in this day and age. I've learned that this is a family-owned company which has been in business since 1962 and they take their reputation dead seriously. I highly recommend Broadway Sunoco - they are, without a doubt, the best! A very rare class act , i took my durango there because i had failed inspection, instead of trying to rip me off he ran a FREE check on my vehicle, showed me the scanner, and told me to go to the inspection station i should be good, i went and passed..THIS WILL 100% BE MY NEW GO TO SPOT FOR REPAIRS
