It is the dirtiest laundry in Jersey City, the music is very loud, there are not enough carts to move the clothes, the dryers don't dry well, and the people who work there are very rude

The owner to this business needs to hire real laundromat attendants. All those ladies that work at this laundromat are the worst! They allow customers to run this business establishment. Clothes can be in a dryer or washer for over 20 minutes and they will remain in there for hours until the customer decides to come back, at whatever time, to finally attend to their clothes. The laundry mat attendants won’t set rules or boundaries and allow these type of customers to rule this business establishment- meanwhile, the other customers that have been waiting for over an hour for a dryer or a washing machine, will then leave because these women won’t take out the clothes or follow protocol. Take these old women out of there because they are too comfortable at work and during work, AND HIRE SOME REAL LAUNDROMAT ATTENDANTS THAT ARENT SCARED TO PUT THEIR FOOT DOWN AND ENFORCE RULES OR PROTOCOLS!!!

Last month I had all my laundry stolen from the dryer when I went to my car for a short period of time. The workers did not bother to look at the cameras or help me track down the person that did it on the night of the incident. The next day when I got the police involved they said the manager could not rewind the tapes to the time of the incident. Not even 24 hours have passed and they said it was too much data to process. That is a lazy piss poor mindset. I am taking all my business to American Laundromat from now on. I would highly advise you do the same.

Machine were clean & price is affordable. Customer service is good as well. My go to laundromat. Has vending machines and space to sit

For the past year, there's been dryers that are damaged or don't dry as well as they used to. This place is usually full and when people dry their clothes they leave their clothes in the dryer for a long time when other people need it. I think the staff should have a grace period of how long can a customer leave their clothes unattended. For this reason I been thinking of going to the 24 hour sudzy.
