Probably the WORST phone store period. Pretty much I was told that they are limited on what they can do in the store, so call 1-800 numbers or try different cellular companies. I could not get a simple answer from this store and when they tried to explain, everyone used jargon that I have no clue what it meant. All of them gets really irritated when I ask questions. I asked many questions since I could not understand the jargon that they used. In the end, I was told to go to other phone companies, and they might give you a better deal.

Just wanted to share my awful experience in this store. I had Melanie helping us. We were given a “free” tracker. Our bill reflected that we’re paying 10$ a month for it. We did not want or sign for this device and we didn’t know we had to pay for it. We wanted to return it and even better they said we have to go to there store to return it. We live over and hour away from there. Melanie also sold me into a screen protector that she claimed Sprint would replace if it breaks. After applying it To my new phone, she said i can only return it at their store (that I live an hour from). Today we got our bill and we got charged premium And plus data on ours 2 lines. An extra 30$ a month that we did not sign up for. In the store, Melanie had a cut on her lip and while helping us was telling a friend in the store how she got in a fight. She was cursing and speaking unprofessionally which made us uncomfortable. there was also a girl training but she was just sitting there on her phone talking about personal things that happened outside of work and buying concert tickets for her and her coworkers. I called the store asked for the manager. Every time I call he is never there and has yet to call me back. Kimberly, who is the assistant manager, watched this whole transaction go down, could not help me when I called the store. She was also very rude to me and acting as though I was lying. I just want everyone to know to never use this store as they do not care about the customer and only see you as a sale. It is a 3rd party store and working with this staff was an absolute nightmare. I am regretting making the switch from Verizon.

Had a very rough experience here today at this Sprint Store. We had ordered a phone online and the customer service representative told us to go into a Sprint Store to activate the line and exchange the phone. When we entered, we were not greeted, we walked to the back area where the representatives were sitting, and someone finally came out from the back. When we said we needed to exchange and activate a phone, there was literally no response. Who does that? When we walked to the desk, the store manager/shift lead was speaking directly with the sales associate and mentioned that "we won't be able to exchange if they don't have a sim." We told them we have a sim, and her response was, "excuse me, I was talking to him, not you." This unbelievable passive aggressiveness is exactly why we have trouble with customer service and Sprint, and quite frankly this store is the worst. This continued for the entire duration. Finally, we got our phone exchanged, but my recommendation is that the district manager give coachings on leadership, how to treat customers, and how to not be passive aggressive, especially when WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! Disappointing.

Kimberly Assistant Manager BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received in any sprint store. This girl took her time to review my entire account. Dedicated , talented and patient . She gave me all the good promotion I had offered in my account . I got 2 upgrades and 1 new phone and accessories and she gave me a FREE charger !!!!!! If you go buy to this sprint store please go check out Kimberly , honest straight forward!! I will be coming back every time to get my phones with her. Also , it was impressive how she managed the traffic in the store. It was super busy and she was alone with a gentleman in training . Really awesome customer service. I would of want to give her a 10 if I was able too. I will recommend ALL my friends to her. Willing to travel 30 minutes just to get help from her.. KIMBERLY YOU ARE THE BEST AND AWESOME!!!!!!!!
