Soho's management team has been wonderful to work with. They take your issues as a resident seriously. I had an issue with my dishwasher that Samantha resolved quickly, and a separate issue that Julian resolved effectively.
Giselle and Quann at the front desk are wonderful. Always warm and welcoming. Chris from maintenance is another friendly face that always helps in any way he can.
In addition to everyone's commitment to being kind and making the lofts feel like home, the complex itself is just beautiful and I find myself using the amenities often. I absolutely love living here.

Julio is a phenomenal maintenance attendant. He is so friendly, helpful, and ready to assist us at any time we are in need. This is important when living in a luxury building when you are paying for good family customer service and a homey environment. You cannot go wrong with Soho Lofts and it is because of people like him that make it worth while.

I’ve lived in and have visited numerous apartment buildings in Jersey City - the staff Soho Lofts is the best. The concierge desk always goes out of their way to remember everyone’s name and be a true value-add. Whether it’s helping us with big packages or just simply being nice, they really are great. Also, the maintenance crew here is by far the best in JC. They are quick, insightful, and impactful. Every single issue that I’ve reported to the building has been resolved in the same day. Also, awesome people to just talk to. Shout out to Julio - the guy is awesome and a true help to anyone who lives here. Goes out of his way to help residents.
