“Decent shopping area with a few retail stores that most people shop at. Conveniently located. And free parking. The three major anchor stores in this strip mall are Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, and 99 Ranch Market.”

“My mom and I have been to this mall and that this mall has changed many times like some store closed and some are open and that my mom parked the car in the parking lot and walked into the mall, and the mall had a supermarket called ACME supermarket and that there were plenty of people there shopping on a weekend.”

“The 2 gentlemen in the copy and print service were super nice and friendly. They were attentive and ready to help. Thanks to there help, I was able to accomplish my copies. Unfortunately I wasn't able to remember but it was on a Sunday morning. If anyone needs help with copies and any design to be printed those 2 guys are the people to look for when you get there.”

“In the midst of a city center such as Jersey City, with an emphasis on the neighborhood of Newport, once a hub for industry and the manufacturing industry, malls tend to not be common anymore in the contemporary day, due to the rise of e-commerce, and the presence of smaller shopping centers that succeed within the grasp of the United States in urban settings. Somehow, Newport Centre, which opened in 1987 and remains one of the state's most popular malls following the end of the heyday in the 1990s for malls, manages to survive.

With this mall being a Simon mall, and one of the last three-level malls in the country, the presence of stores and diversity of offerings will not leave you disappointed to the slightest bit, with stores such as Yankee Candle, Bath and Body Works, in addition to stores such as Macy's and JCPenney that are mainstays for home goods and scented goods, to hobby shops such as Lids and Foot Locker, there are a matter of options suited to your tastes. The food offerings at this such place are also quite diverse. Beyond mall staples such as Auntie Anne's, Sarku Japan, and your usual burrito place, this mall has offerings that are much more diverse and well known in the industry, such as Chick-Fil-A, Shake Shack, and Panera Bread, in addition to other world-class tenants that are locally owned, dining options also feature a Cheesecake Factory for those individuals interested in the glories of dining from this mall location.

The main issue, while a great mall is that the prices of some of the items are outrageous, while this is dependent on a store-by-store basis, many of the items they sell will be almost double the price elsewhere, this is likely a casualty of rising tax rates and rental rates, but this could be a silent killer for customers such as me.

Despite this, I hope to actually come back to this mall in the future and buy something that would make me feel like I am in a mall.”

“This is a great place to go and simply exist. No one expects anything of you. You can just be yourself. It is also very clean and has a confusing selection of books. The hallway is kind of long. It's cold.”
