“I took forever to finally leave this review and it is long overdue. I have been to a couple of different storage facilities and Storage Post is number one they keep up with their facilities very well maintenance. If anything goes on, they put a ticket in and resolve it immediately. They also assist all customers and go above and beyond if need be, I had the pleasure of meeting Mohammed and Valerie extremely great people, very professional, and extremely courteous and understanding Tom I would love to give a huge shout out to in the office at the Broadway location. He’s always there when you need him always willing and able to answer any and every question as well as address any, and every concern that you may have extremely transparent and extremely professional I am very satisfied with not only the facility itself but the incredible people running it. I had a great experience with this New York Storage service. The facilities are pleasant and very clean. Huge elevators make it easy to load and unload. It was actually fun to go there. Also, I got to know that they provide a storage facility in New Jersey too. It's really a matter of relief to me. I will definitely contact them in NJ if need storage facility.”

A small truck ran me about $65 bucks including taxes and insurance the good thing is you don't have to full the tank up only what you use I did run over my max time 3 hours and ended up paying another $127 which was reasonable for mileage and going over the expected return the system is awesome where you can check in and out by phone and there's a drop box they also had huge boxes for less than $5 dollars for packing and moving the customer was good and the store operation system was on point the only thing is when you return the truck be expecting a return pile up and possibly no where to park my first time renting a UHAUL I was impressed and very satisfied”

“*This is regarding a U-Haul rental.I had a pleasant experience renting a 9' cargo van from this place. I dealt with Ziad, who greeted me with great energy from the moment I entered the office. He informed me of everything I needed to know before my trip. On the way to return the van, I was 30 minutes late past my reservation due to heavy traffic, and after informing Ziad he agreed to increase my reservation time without any penalty fee.All things considered, I will be renting a U-Haul from StorageBlue in the future again!”
