“Good afternoon I recently had the awesome experience to find Good friend storage trying to help my husband store stuff before his move to Florida. I was blessed to have met and talked with a Mngr named Denise. She went above and beyond for us. My husband is disabled and I’m just getting over cancer surgery. She took such care as if he were her family member. The storage site is absolutely well maintained and immaculate. The prices are awesome. I am just so elated with this facility I never post reviews. But this young lady and this storage deserve this review. Anybody needing storage in New Jersey needs to go to Good Friend first and foremost. You will never be sorry. I’m not. My husband is a 3 time coma survivor and she truly took care so that he feels safe with her. I couldn’t ask for a better person over there. “Great experience. Open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. I'm a early bird and 6 a.m. is GREAT for me. Good parking unlike Public Storage downtown Jersey City. I'm taking nothing away from public storage it's just traffic and I don't want to bother driving downtown Jersey City. I hope StorQuest works out price wise going forward because location and open and closing time is perfect.”
“I used A-1 after the Uhaul storage facility on Tonnelle cancelled my reservation. A-1 was great- the reservation and initiation process was quick and simple. Billing and invoicing was straightforward. Moving in and out was painless.
The location is great - there’s not a lot of traffic and it’s easy to park outside the facility.
We stored some clothing for about 6 weeks and they did not have any notable odor to them.
Moving wasn’t fun but A-1 helped make the process a little less stressful.”
“Five stars because of Ashley, the General Manager. I've known her for last three years in Storage Blue company. She was very helpful in solving problems in my unit, water leakage through the walls or roof. So I do not recommend getting a corner unit. As they merged with Prime Storage, pricing has gone up and ridiculous late fee. I decided to part ways with Prime Storage. It's was a good ten years at that location.”

“The prices were reasonable for the service. A small truck ran me about $65 bucks including taxes and insurance the good thing is you don't have to full the tank up only what you use I did run over my max time 3 hours and ended up paying another $127 which was reasonable for mileage and going over the expected return the system is awesome where you can check in and out by phone and there's a drop box they also had huge boxes for less than $5 dollars for packing and moving the customer was good and the store operation system was on point the only thing is when you return the truck be expecting a return pile up and possibly no where to park my first time renting a UHAUL I was impressed and very satisfied”

“My experience there was fair and pleasant. What stood out to me was the young crowd that kept the place running when I picked up on a Sunday, 4/21/24. They were polite and efficient.
Only issue I had was when I was returning the equipment the lot was full and I had to use the other entrance to reverse with the towing trailer I rented. Good thing I was experienced then again its a small trailer. Would definitely use this place again given the opportunity.”
