I came here with my baby and my sister, my baby was a little fussy at the moment, and BOY was the owner and her client talking about me. They don’t know that I understand Spanish so they were talking about me thinking I did not know what they were saying. Then, I have shoulder hair length she is going to charge me $70 to blow dry and flat iron shoulder hair length. This is ridiculous to be talked about, and to be charged so much money this is so crazy. Very unprofessional owner! I will NEVER come back here again. I do NOT recommend coming here to get your hair done. DONT waste your time coming here if you want to be respected and charged properly.

I will give them three stars because the ladies are lovely. They do excellent work, but I showed them a picture of the color I wanted my hair and how I wanted it highlighted, and they highlighted it the way they wanted to. It was a bit expensive for something I didn't want. Also, the owner knew and saw a picture of what I wanted, and she came over trying to tell me that once my hair curls up, it'll be the color I wanted. Like what? Lol, the style doesn't matter it was highlighted wrong.

Very Unprofessional! This used to be my favorite hair salon. Since Covid it’s gone downhill. No masks at all when I came here. The newer staff members who were added don’t even know how to style or cut hair properly. Was charged to have an inexperienced person burn my hair to the point where I could smell it even after I showered.
