Rite aid pharmacy don’t even pick up the phone after like 100 rings. I walk to the rite aid with my phone ringing and I see pharmacist don’t even bother to pick up the phone.

A $10 price difference for an item between in-store and Rite Aid's own website is unreasonable. The store manager couldn't match the price, so they suggested I order online for in-store pickup. However, due to a locked manager account, they couldn't dispense the item, even though my online order was clear and item was right there. They could have marked it as picked up or resolved the issue while I was in the store, instead of making me comeback another day.

Only came here one time, and apparently this is a Hotspot for scammers. I was profiled as soon as I got to the register, so I did not give them my money. Shop at places that have respect for the people and communities they operate in. There are plenty of smaller pharmacies you could support or head to the walgreens on JFK, they're ALWAYS great!

Extremely rude and unfriendly cashiers who look like they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs and help you and extremely creepy security guard who follows and stalks you as he looks you up and down the aisles like you’re a piece of meat to be preyed on with eyes bulging out of his head. This place should close down no one would miss it.

I am disgusted by the lack of service this Rite Aid provides. I had a medicine prescribed for me to pickup. I called the pharmacy to know whether they had it ready or not and waited 20+ minutes for someone to answer the phone. The machine continued saying that a worker would come help me shortly and that I was the next person to be attended. I am sure that it does not take 1 customer more than 20 minutes to be attended. I waited patiently trying to be understanding that they may be doing other things but this is ridiculous. I ended up never being attended and hung up. This Rite Aid needs better customer service

Don't trust the pharmacist. I asked to speak with the pharmacist about a new medication. She came back with the wrong instructions because she hadn't bothered to read the actual prescription instructions. She brought the senior pharmacist over. When I asked why the medication can be taken orally or in another orifice, and how that affects my prescription, they shrugged and couldn't offer any info. So they don't read the directions, can't explain the directions, don't notice obvious irregularities - and don't care. Not even an apology from either.Dangerous. Be wary, they cannot be trusted to know their medications, read the instructions, explain anything, or even care that they're giving bad info.The medication was for surgery prep. If I followed what the pharmacist told me, I could've died in surgery, or it would've been cancelled.This is how people die.,.............I spoke to the Rite Aid customer service about this experience. Some regional person called me back. As I was explaining how the pharmacist twice gave me the same deadly, contraindicated advice on my meds, the phone call disconnected. They never called back.I'm shocked. Really. ?

Before sending a medicine to them, I called to see if they even had it, someone picked up and then placed me on hold for over 30 minutes! I could have literally walked over there in that time. A truly awful pharmacy, go ANYWHERE else
