Long story short: absolute waste of time. I had a window off balance and called to make an appointment. Appointment was confirmed on the phone, and the day of, nobody showed up. I called, they had no record of my appointment and rescheduled me. Day of the new appointment, nobody showed up. I called, they said someone would be there in a few hours. They checked out the window, didn't say anything, and left. Got a call over a week later saying the window needs to be replaced, but the original person didn't get all of the information they needed, so someone needed to come back. Appointment made, AGAIN they did not show up. After another rescheduling, someone came back to get the information they needed, and then Raymond Glass ghosted me. I reached out asking if we're waiting for the parts to arrive, etc., and no response. At this point, I had been kept waiting for months, so I went with another company.

I called this place they came and measured the glass and they never came then I called severaltimes and they said they were going to get in touch after several times with the same thing I didn't call again. has no responsibility

See attached photos They speak 1000 words. Much to our surprise this is the work that was done, after numerous conversations and being very specific as to what was needed their workmanship was shotty not professional and left it in worse condition than it ever has been

I used Raymond Glass to install the window glass located in Jersey City and the work was bad. The quality of work and staff services were poor and not professional as their staff left the place without cleaning the mess for causing some damages on my window frame. I would not recommend to hire this company. Also, the manager Joe likes to use excuses to deny all of the damages they caused. They seems to be not reliable and not punctual for scheduling and arrival. They always used the excuse as "very busy" for lateness or rescheduling. Be careful if hiring them. This company gave me headaches and I need to spend more time to deal with their problems. So sad....

I've waited a few years to review them to give them a chance to do right, but after my last phone call and email went completely unanswered... well here we are. They replaced a few windows and ballasts for me on some large windows. In the process, the frames of my windows were bent, which created gaps of airflow and didn't fix the original problem of the windows not opening or closing easily. They didn't install the correct ballasts the first time, but after a few contentious back and forth calls and emails, they sent a more senior technician to install those. Well, those didn't last a year before they broke. I called and emailed and received no response... to this day. There's not enough space to add all of my complaints about Ray's here. Terrible customer service, not good work and I'm back to square one with bent frames and need yet another new ballast... a bigger problem. They seem to know they don't have much competition. Zero stars would be appropriate.

We used Raymond Glass to install a new balcony screen two years ago. They had to come back twice to fix it because it doesn't work at all, it doesn't slide, it doesn't stay on the track and now it even has holes. It is completely unusable we can no longer slide it at all. We have to pay someone else now to come and replace it all. Biggest waste of money. Extremely disappointed.

What horrible customer service! I called for them to check my windows since my top windows were sliding down and one was cracked. They told me nothing was wrong with my windows even though they slide down well that doesn't sound right! I say I just want the cracked window replaced and they say ok- we will send a quote- I follow up after the quote and NOTHING! I wait a month and call back bc they never even bothered to call me back and they say to me that they can fit me in a month from now. What a joke!
