I would give zero stars if I could. Rude staff, and they don’t have a fitting room and will accuse you of wearing it. I asked the manager if I could try things at home and return if I didn’t like and she said yes. Then, the next day she wouldn’t let me return things saying I wore it when they had the tags and had no signs of wear.

Horrible customer service I went to go buy some things today and the employee comes up to me in the shoe department and me thinking she going to ask me if I need help or anything like that (she instead tells me to put everything back like if I was making a mess ) first of all theres a way to ask nicely and come up to a customer and this is the 2nd time I get treated like this the first time was with a rude manager. This is the reason why I don’t like coming to this store like there customer service is horrible .They need to learn how to ask nicely and speak to customer . So I left everything I was going to buy because who wants to get treated this way.

The worst customer service went to exchange something the lady with a nasty attitude like she didn't want to work maybe she was tired but that's not the correct way to treat ur customers. Last time coming to this store.

Amazing clothes but horrrrrrible staff.extremely rude and make a fuss about everything when someone wants to return an item.guess what have a trial room if u don't want returned items.i have been a regular customer but the regular rude behavior never proves to disappoint.this time the staff went overboard with rolling their eyes and laughing about an issue when I told them that a certain item dint fit me complete body shamers..so disrespectful.please fire the staff and get polite staff.only sweet staff is the blonde hair girl with black/brown tone

The customer service is horrible. Door says opens at 10am. Tried walking in at 1005am while an employee was walking in she locks the door in my face and tells me they are closed. I asked what time they open and she just walked away. Do these people not realize that without customers they would have no job?

This store has good clothes overall, but the service here is horrendous. There was this one time I was returning an item and the lady helping me in the counter said something to her coworker in her language and started laughing right at me. I felt humiliated and upset because I couldn’t understand what they were laughing at me for. I understand that there are people that are careful when it comes to people stealing, but that doesn’t mean you have to look at everyone in such a mean and unprofessional way, especially when going to the fitting room.

Although Rainbow has very good variety of clothes, the employees are very very rude. I once went there to return an item and I gave them my name they started laughing at my name and this was very humiliating and unprofessional.When you go to the fitting room the woman there will give you a look as if you have killed her father. Also, one time I was trying a sunglass and she told me in a very bad way "Don't try them, it is not permitted" well how am I going to buy one if I don't know if it fits my face !! They are the worst.
