They do not seem to have senior level experience dealing with Probate Cases. (i.e family administrator access to deceased bank account) They lack basic knowledge on what documents are required or government web site. Best to hire a lawyer versus dealing withg these people

The tellers are friendly and nice. Why people bring a dog to the bank in not very nice.

Nice people, but the bank policies are a little more difficult because it's a regional bank rather than a national.
