Although I love this store and love the brand they are building there are serious concerns with the customer service in this store. This starts from the manager all the way down, but mainly the manger John. On multiple occasions he has been disrespectful and acts like he runs the world. He has told me before “if you don’t like the customer service take your business elsewhere” “if you don’t like it I won’t ring up the shoe. Finally, my sister went the store earlier and they would just throw the shoe at the counter for her to come and get it. At what shoe store do employees put the shoes on the counter for you to come and grab? Nowhere except Prosper.

Prosper is an amazing boutique with a refined sense of taste and style. They have a beautiful selection of clothing and sneakers, but what makes Prosper even more special is the team working there. The staff is so friendly and helpful that you want to return right away to shop again. And I will. You should too. In person if you can or online. Nothing beats top tier service.
