Very dissatisfied with the service and personnel. My interest wasn't locked on time, costing me more on my morgage and the lady receiving and sending me the documents was rude and challenging to work with. Also everything was last minute and rushed. Seems as if they do not care for the client and are just looking to earn that compassion.
