Came here to get copies of keys and the woman with her child made the key incorrectly. Not only was it done incorrectly but when I came to return the key I received a horrible response and attitude from the male owner. He was extremely rude and unfriendly and pretty much threw my money back at me after telling me he wouldn’t redo the key.

They often have what you will need. However the staff, which consists of just one person who presumably is the owner, is unfriendly almost to the point of being hostile. As far as I can tell the pricing is not consistent and it's apparently based on how much they believe you will pay. CASH ONLY, they DON"T accept credit or debit cards!!. Generally I call ahead to find out if they have what I want, and then I ask the price; it seems this way I pay a reasonable cost.The upside? They are in the 'hood, and they sometimes have a piece I need for a home repair.

The owner was very helpful when I took the time to explain to him what I needed. Nice friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place.

Don't go here. You can't browse, you have to ask for everything you need and the man behind the counter is extremely rude and dismissive. Today he told me they don't sell screws, even though I purchased screws there a few months ago.

Great customer service and expertise!Prices are very reasonable and there is a wide choice of plumbing fittings.The man in the counter is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I definitely will be coming here again.

Horrible , stay away from this place , the owner was very rude and doesn’t know anything about plumbing, he doesn’t speak English and won’t help you .
