Just a word of sincere thanks from our family and our beloved pit Scooter as the owner came out to personally assist us with some advice he was so nice to us as our Scooter was having seizures last month...Just wanted to say thanks and he is definitely the person to call who genuinely cares...Thanks and god bless

They are never available. When you go to the store door is locked. When you call the number you are informed we stepped out or we are coming back now. Bad for business. HIRE SOMEONE!

I would not even think about buying from any other people. Dre are the best pet supply that specialize in pet needs . Name any number of dog shop staff that have Dre knowledge and your pets at heart. Pick up the phone and ask them for advice.

Not a regular store lol i went and it was closed.I called the # of the store and was told to wait 3 min. LolThe fact that can’t just go inside, but you need to call to go inside the store is unprofessional, is not a safe neighborhood either to be waiting outside.

If I can give the owner and this store a 10 star I would. We are from seattle drove to New York and stopped here since it’s the only place for Pitbull’s. The owner is very knowledgeable and tbh, I trust him than our vet. We go to our vet in Seattle and the amount of knowledge compared to what the owner of Pitbull City has provided is way more info than we needed. He should be certified to be a vet with the amount of experiences he has with Pitbull’s. I’m reading some of the bad reviews and really judging the character of the environment than the people working here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wish they have a spot in Seattle but anytime we do come to New York. We will gladly make a stop again here.He was able to let our Pitbull in the store and immediately tell us the issues our Pitbull was dealing with. Turns out our Vet and doctors are wrong with the food that they recommended which gave our Pitbull hives and never had a answer of why she would break out. The owner broke down each food and provided us so much knowledge that we now feel very comfortable of what food to feed her. Again, thank you so much for the opportunity and knowledge.
