Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!

Excellent customer service. The good folks at this location saved me on moving day. I had ten boxes that I needed delivered as I was moving out of my apartment. My taping skills were not that great. But the guys re taped the areas that needed it and made sure my boxes were secure. Then when I got back home I realized that I had more clothes than luggage and no more boxes. I had to come back on the way to the airport and get two more boxes. I called on the way to explain I was trying to catch my flight. When I arrived, both employees hustled to get my boxes made and weighed. I’m on my way to the airport now. I hope I make my flight but I’m confident my boxes will make it safely. Thanks guys. ??

My favorite. I drive a 10 minutes to go to this locations, despite having two locations closer. The personnel is excellent and service is super fast!

Great location. I wish there was a better situation with parking, but the shop, the people and services are very good. They are also always stocked up on last-minute shipping items I tend to forget!

This store is a great part of the neighborhood. The people are courteous, efficient and, above all, professional. The store is clean, well lit and not cluttered. They have the services and inventory for your basic needs and with reasonable pricing.

Great place to get print outs, drop off UPS packages, buy cold medicine and get prescription medication. I've also bought dental floss here...pens...candy...and probably lots of other random things. Great addition to Palisade Ave.!! The folks who work here are also so very nice and helpful.

The owner/manager of this UPS store is very good. He is always helpful and around to both facilitate employees and clients. He mentioned that ground will arrive next day too when I asked to ship priority. He also asked if I'd like to go outside to stay with my puppy while they complete my transaction and came outside to ask some final questions. Always a pleasant, 5 star experience here.

I come here for notary services when I need them and the service is always friendly and cheerful. They offer other mailing services and a fully stocked pharmacy retail section.Glad to have this pharmacy in the neighborhood!

I had a very bad experience as I wanted a simple international post they put my post on for an export. It has super bad customer service and customer grievances redress system. This UPS postal place is awful and the worst of its kind. Please avoid going to this place.
