Took my parents here to get their second Covid vaccine and everything was done smoothly. They do walk-ins which was convenient since we didn't have an appointment. Will be back to get my 2nd vaccination soon.

A local search for Covid-19 vaccine on Apple Maps led me to this place. No frills. Very attentive and professional staff at the pharmacy. Liquor store seems pretty decent, too. They deserve five stars.

Hidden gem that didn't even realize it was a liquor/wine store..right downstairs from where I go to Suite Tee who told me about it just at bottom of stairs..found some Rose and Oyster Bay which costs more but Didn't have to drive to down the street to warehouse..i paid for convenience for higher cost which sometimes feels good ...grab and go feels good sometime!! I will be back for the convenience for quick buy..chilled wine and shelf wine depending on your preference..also it is a pharmacy too...

I was looking for a Birthday card on Newark Avenue. Not much luck. I see the Marquee sign for Palace Drugs, Organic Wines--Pharmacy--Liquors--Greeting Cards. I walk into a liquor store. I ask about Greeting Cards thinking I am in the wrong place. The guy in the Liquor Store says the greeting cards are in the pharmacy, back that way. I go back there and enter a different world--I leave a Liquor store and walk into a scaled down

Extremely rude and unaccommodating staff. Essentially stole my money when I tried to return a bottle of wine that was off/bad, smelled and tasted like vinegar. Other stores in the area give you an exchange, not this place. Wouldn't even give me a refund.

Avoid this place at all cost, I stopped shopping here after I purchased a bad bottle of wine and store owner was extremely rude to me when i tried to exchange it. The purchased bottle of wine tasted like vinegar and was returned within 30 minutes of its purchase. During the attempted exchange the store owner told me I would have to wait until he received a refund from his supplier to exchange the bottle of wine for another one. I was free to give him my number and in a week or two he would contact me. I have returned bottles of wine to other local liquor stores, none of them have this policy. When I expressed my frustration with the stores policy the store owner became belligerent and said that was the policy. Save yourself some time and money and shop elsewhere in Jersey City. There are plenty of other options with better customer service.

This place has horrible customer service and essentially stole my money. I bought a bottle of wine from here, opened it at home and realized the bottle had gone bad. It smelled and tasted like vinegar. Immediately I went back and tried to return or exchange it for another of the exact same bottle and was told that was not possible. I was told to leave my number and they would send the bottle back to the manufacturer for "testing" to see if it was bad and then maybe I would get a refund. I've never experienced this before. Other stores in the area, offer a refund or exchange if this happens. The smell of the wine was so bad even someone who doesn't drink wine would not it had gone bad. I will never be going here again.
