Decent shopping area with a few retail stores that most people shop at. Conveniently located. And free parking. The three major anchor stores in this strip mall are Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, and 99 Ranch Market.

Nice store selling Asian products that are otherwise hard to find in other places in the city. Parking is good and not crowded. Lots of fruit, veggies, fish, and imported Asian products. They can fry fresh fish that you buy- very convenient since you know how cooking fish messes up your own kitchen at home. But the staff are not friendly. And many customers are not friendly either. (Is this cultural, maybe?)

The strip mall has good eateries like Popeyes Chicken and Papa John Pizza. Big parking lot, there is also a Best Buy in the Square.
