First time visiting this neighborhood store. I needed several of my windows re-screened. The service was quick and everyone there was very helpful. Thanks to John for getting my windows done so quickly. And a HUGE thank you to Justin who went above and beyond by helping me remove the screens from my windows and putting them back in. I will definitely be back here. Love supporting local and this business definitely deserves your business!

I stopped by today to get my toddler a set of keys--she's obsessed but keeps misplacing our house key. The young man at the front with the glasses was SO kind and helpful. He was incredibly nice to my daughter, he helped us pick out reasonably priced keys and a key ring. She was so happy and his kindness meant a lot. This kind of customer service makes me really happy to support our local businesses. Thank you.

The best hardware store in the heights! The staff is all very knowledgeable and super helpful. If you ever visit the store ask for Justin. He does local house calls for a reasonable price.

Over priced and bad customer service. You can tell that they are desperate to stay in business but they obviously don't know how. Save the money and just go to home Depot.

Very rude guy on the counter who was lecturing me about paying taxes and spoke VERY VERY POOR ENGLISH. Says "dont call me buddy, you dont know me". If the owners are reading this, the rude guy was on the register at 6:25pm 01/05/2022. Please fire him. He has no manners on how to speak to customers. Hire an english speaker. AVOID THIS STORE.

As I entered the facility immediately the comfort of what is was that I was there for would be taken care of. As conversation went on with the delightful women at the registered , she began to share some history about the store and even asked my opinion on an arrangement she put together to celebrate the holiday. I’m a costumer that appreciate the unthinkable and amazing costumer service . huge thanks to the staff here at Novick!!! You guys are amazing !

I needed a replacement key from one that broke. Novick was able to make me a duplicate key in 5 minutes. Great service. It's why I like to support local businesses.

This place may look smaller from the outside compared to the big box stores but they seem to always have everything I need! Their Benjamin Moore paints are excellent and their service is always helpful and friendly. It’s quick and convenient and I’m always in and out fast.

Although I have not been to Novick for several years I was always able to get what I needed. In 2018 I needed supplies for sprucing up a house in Noth Bergen. I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's I went to Novick. I was getting lunch from the Italian store by Franklin so I decided to stop in Novice for what I needed.But back in the 60s to 70s when I lived by Pershing field Novick was the place to go. Both my uncles who owned properties would go here. Convient all the time.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon with a pretty urgent problem. The man at the front desk (I forgot to get his name) was very helpful and gave me some great advice. Problem solved for a fraction of what I would have paid a handyman.
