DO NOT trust these people! What an absolute disastrous experience for everyone involved. They tell you exactly what you want to hear and made the mortgage process for my clients an absolute NIGHTMARE. Lies, delays, inexperience, poor communication, mismanagement, you name it. RUN!

If I can put 10 stars here, I would. Joseph and Nick made our dream come true. It is something that my family will forever be grateful for. Despite all of the challenges, these guys worked tirelessly to help us achieve the goals we had as a family. They made me understand everything I needed to know about buying a home. It doesn't matter how much hurdles came their way, they still came through. When I first talked to Joe, despite everything I threw at him, I can hear him say, give me more, that's nothing! All the way from the start, he was already willing to work and he knows that he can make it work. Nick as the closer, worked ever so smoothly to finish off the remainder of the loan. The same as Joe, he did everything he can to make this work. I can't even begin to tell them how thankful we are that we found them. If they say that it won't work, it really won't. But I can vouch that they will try everything in their power to make it work. You guys are amazing!!!!!

The folks at Northstar have been nothing but helpful and supportive during my refi process. They're proactive communicators, respond quickly to emails and phone calls, and offered suggestions when the usual challenges of getting a new mortgage for a co-op came up. I'd definitely use them again.
