I am giving NJ State auto zero stars! I found this dealership online, customer service from Jasmine was amazing. which is why I was so excited to work with this dealership. I brought a 2015 land Rover and was told by the finance guy Joe that the bank didn't offer a warranty which I should've known was fishy from the start. I leased my truck in March 18, 23 and by April 1st my check engine light was on. I brought the truck back to their mechanics mario and was charge $1100 for a turbo which wasn't needed. after having my car for 5 days the check engine light came right back. Once I took the car to an official range rover dealer it was found to have over 7 grand in repairs. Ive reached out to Mario Joe and anyone else who could help and received no help whatsoever. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A REALIABLE CAR GO SOME WHERE ELSE! THIS DEALER ONLY SALE LEMONS

10 out of 10 don't recommend this company. They failed to register my car within the 30 days of the expiration temp plates. And gave me attitude because I'm driving around with expired plates and upset about it!! it's very unprofessional and I've never had such bad service from a car dealership.

This place is the biggest hodge podge of jokers and swindlers!! first off the price they put online for the car was 18,933 under what i had seen. i drove down from Massachusetts (first mistake), and there is a $3000 charge for dealership fees, absolute bullshit. I was pre approved at 8 % rate that they said they would compare to get lower come to find out they lied and said ally wanted me back (previous car loan) and my rate is 10.79. Fast talking malarkey these people should be ashamed of themselves. Best part was they dont even fill the tank up with gas. These are terrible people out to rip people off. no one talk to these people they are terrible people!!

Sammy and Andrew use tactics every person warns you about. Advertised a van at $14600. We called in, asked for undercarriage pics before taking the long ride. Two days pass, dragging their feet, no pics. Was given an OUT THE DOOR price as $19,931. Hmm how'd that happen? Went in anyway, big waste of time. They will rob you blind if you trust them and that is coming from a car salesperson in this same industry. You're type make my job and life harder because us honest salespeople need to work extra hard to jump the hurdles you create. Long story short. They tried to raise the price $1000 because I was paying cash. Then add a $2999 shop fee for "making the vehicle right for us", $895 for destination and delivery, $595 for documentation and prep. What a joke! Andrew's first words to me when presenting numbers "Look I'm not gonna b.s you im gonna tell you how it is, we're here to make money...." what a stupid thing to say, no lol I though you were working for charity today Andrew. Bought a new van down the road from a competitor without bogus fees

I bought a car from Angel yesterday and she lived up to her name!! She was so helpful, easy to talk to, adaptable, and patient. She got me into the car I wanted and with a great deal! Everyone in sales is really there to help you succeed. The store is clean and has a good atmosphere with great staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make buying a car an enjoyable experience. Sister purchased car there. No caps on the tires. They couldn't change the batteries out of the key fob so the key was dead. They didn't even fill the car with gas. Horrible experience! They also said they would mail her license plates and they forget she had to call. They just care about their money! Also gave her a shit interest rate with a great credit score. Would never buy a car here!

Came in looking to pay cash for a vehicle. Didn't receive any help, the attendant barely interacted with us. We were told to check the cars out ourselves, but only 1 of the 7 or 8 cars were open to check. Overall felt like a waste of time.

0/5 RATING They will over price all their vehicles, and believe me when I tell you that you can find any vehicle in their selection at other dealerships way cheaper and less money down ...Took my wife to get a replacement vehicle these guys try to sell you the biggest garbage they have and if your 100% positive what you want they will mock up the payment so you can add a crazy down payment on a USED vehicle .. complete BS DO NOT COME HERE ! They got some highschool kids working as car salesmen the real douche is the guy behind the computer who will just read you and try to screw you do as I did and LEAVE ..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I have been in the market for a BMW. I came across their dealership on google and saw my dream car! I went in and was greeted very quickly. Being a woman; I was a bit intimated to go in but I had an AMAZING experience. I brought 6 year old daughter with me and she was entertained by their HUGE fish tank! Got the car I wanted and the experience of a lifetime!
