Wow what a beautiful offer building! It's very clean, easy to get to, has a ton of shops and places to get food. There is a train station right there and plenty of parking. The security guards are very friendly and helpful. One of my favorite parts about this office building is the view. You can see lower Manhattan and Tower One (The World Trade Center) which is super cool! I would recommend this place to anyone. Five out of five stars!

The Newport Tower has the convenience of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail directly in front of it, beautiful inside with an abundance of restaurants and a food Automat, similar to ones in Europe and Japan. A Gregory's coffee shop is a plus, and of course the Newport mall just mere feet away, a dream office location for sure! Great building, love it!

it's magical, the walkway from the boulevard to the light rail is mesmerizing. having Automat Kitchen right there gives it a heavenly feeling!
