Today, April 11th, 2023, I called New Horizon Pharmacy for my medication to be delivered. The woman who delivered it calls me at 6:00pm, yelling at me trying to make me rush. I had no home health aide working today so I had to get my medicine myself down 2 flights of stairs. I am just recovering from a stroke and I have diabetic neuropathy on my left leg. I also have been recently operated for gall bladder removal and i have 4 fresh open wounds on my stomach. Once downstars, The New Horizon delivery woman continues to yell at me. I signed for the medication. She pulls away the medication refusing to give it to me after I signed for it so i closed the door and went upstairs. I called New Horizon Pharmacy explaining the situation and the owner delivered the medication again. The original medication was found by me and the owner in front of my building discarded on the floor. This is how this woman delivered my medication. This is unsatisfactory and unacceptable behavior.

My doctors are all in Manhattan--loads of pharmacies there. I'm often in Jersey City; New Horizon has for 15 years now been my 'go to' shop for prescriptions* and the best I've encountered *anywhere* in ~50 years

Horizon Pharmacy to me was a good place.I got what I needed to do quick, and they weren't crowded. They are nice in there, so I like this place.

Great quick spot for covid testing, especially compared to the places nearby with lines a block long. I've gone twice and haven't had to wait at all. In and out in less than 15 minutes.I don't get many prescriptions filled, but no issues when I have.

Horrible beyond belief! A group of beautiful, Women!! pharmacists who are overworked etc! I'm absolutely furious after my transaction with this horrible place! I had bronchitis and work with only men. Nobody I worked with could open my cough medicine because the person who runs this garbage pharmacy buys the cheapest container out there! Look at the photos! Absolutely, godforsaken GARBAGE! Sorry ladies!

It's been 1 week since I've been prescribed a medication and still waiting. I was also told that it will be a few more days. The absolute worst experience with medication and pharmacies. Run, fast, from this place.
