My car wouldn't start on a cold holiday morning. I called My Way Towing, and the guy on a phone gave me pricing up front for both a jump ($85) and a tow ($125)--super reasonable. He told me he could get someone to me in about 20 minutes, and a tow truck came on time as promised. A jump ended up working, and I was able to drive the car to a local mechanic. I was able to pay online using a link they texted me.

My car shut off due to coolant leakage and I was stuck on Tonnelle Ave and I called the tow and they responded and came immediately mark was the one that help me get the car out and put it in there storage and he was giving me advice on what to do because this is my first car definitely helped me out of a situation that could've been worse.

This place has to be the most rinky dink unprofessional slow towing service availabe in Jersey city. bar none. The workers in the office are obviously under the influence and dont have any idea whats going on there. with a horrible location on 1&9 theres no reason for this place to be so slow and unprofessional.

My car literally broke down and I'm sooo happy I was able to reply on My Way. Truly awesome that they could help me out at 2 AM when every other tow company I called denied to help me out. I was stranded for 2 hours on the side of a road. I call them, and they sent a truck in a hour and only charged me $100. Just have patience and it'll work out.

My car broke down on the way to work, My Way Towing was recommend by my mechanic shop, the driver arrived 25 minutes after calling them,the truck was brand new and clean unlike other times I've had to be towed, the driver was helpful with telling me what the problem with my car might be, will definitely be using these guys again if I need it

Calling My Way to get my car towed after I broke down was the best decision I ever made! There was so many times I've waited for a tow for so long from other major known companies but with My Way the owner had someone out to me in no time! It was an amazing first experience and I will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends. They were quick and efficient! I look forward to using them in the future if needed!! Terrible covid protocols. The owner has his mask off the entire time he was speaking to me, even when I specifically asked him to wear his mask. Felt very unsafe.
