“I brought my computer in to have an issue with my power supply fixed, and they kept it for longer than expected to make sure everything worked consistently. When they did that, they found a separate issue, a bent pin that would cause my PC to shut off. They could’ve replaced my power supply and called it good, but they made sure every problem was fixed. If that doesn’t show good business ethic, I don’t know what does.”
