Hello, I wanted to mention that on Friday I went to buy a phone and no problem, today I went to get it fixed and it's still the same, I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see if it's still the same.
If I don't want them to give me another one, the two women who are there must have more attention to the client's needs. I was talking to them about it and they were busy on the phone.

Had an issue with eSIM for a transfer from another service. Store employee was clueless on what to do. I ended up getting a physical SIM which also had issues and they blamed my phone. Left very unsatisfied. I ended up fixing the issue myself by re-installing the SIM ID online, something they could have done as a troubleshooting effort. Totally do not recommend going here for any help beyond the bare basics.

Terrible store the employees are rude and clueless went in there to get service put on … they didn’t know sim lock vs carrier lock they assumed I didn’t understand Spanish they was rudely talking and making jokes the whole time took forever to get the phones activated making jokes in Spanish must’ve been more important to the three of them and it’s funny they all leave fake reviews for each other giving 5 stars is laughable.. I’d fire all three and get new employees they are the absolute worst

The. Honestly, those two women have no way of serving you, they do it reluctantly as if they were going to give you things as a gift, I bought a case and a mask and paid 58 dollars. Something that my partner paid 30 dollars for the case and its bad service

I am very upset because my phone is broken and I bought new phone from Amazon which is unlocked. I want to change device I visit this store they trying to charge me 45$ when I said how it should be 28$ only then. Then the lady called her manager. The manager giving me some different excuses. Finally they are not ready to help me. They said you have to do online or call customer service. Finally I took New number from At&T. I have very situation because my phone is off from 2 days. I gave my number to everyone for work family. But the store representative not ready to help me.
So I don’t recommend this store.

I walked in and told them I wanted to pay my phone the person at the counter said my bill is $60 and had a connivence fee of $5 I said ok handed them $65 to pay my bill. The next day on September 2nd 2023 my phone was disconnected and saying I owed $5.16 I said what in the world. So I ended up calling 611 they told me my plan had been changed to $65 a month I said hold up I never changed my plan my phone should only be $60 a month with Amazon prime attached to it. I never once changed my plan. This store changed my plan and when I tried to talk to the manager and I gave them a receipt they told me that oh no one will ever do that. I contacted corporate and filed a complaint because this store doesn’t know what they are doing. I don’t know how without my knowledge change my phone plan and made changes to my account. I was so agitated and so angry. I will not come back to this store ever again.

I went to the subway and the guy who works didn't help me. He treated me badly. I don't know how they hire such poorly educated people. I've been with the subway for years. That guy treats me badly.

I never go to metro ,thou I have there service , bad customer service , employees dont care or rude .. so no ,if you have there service use on line , better response , and less attitude ..
