Very bad customer service that I was given they gave me the run around for hours ? my phone is not charging and they want me to go to a store super far from my house

Representative was not helpful at all. Had to make 3rd trip for good explanation that works *so far**I came in & told him problem. He said it was fixed & took another person & ignored me when I asked him question. Bad service!
