I paid my bill in the store to a female employee before my bill was due,and two days after the bill date came my phone was cut.i went there for two weeks to the same employee the first time she remembered me and assured me the problem was fixed only for my phone to be cut again two days later.finally I went back to her to address the situation and she claim she doesn't know me and I never came to the store.

I went here to upgrade my phone. Everything seems went good when I find my favorite phone. But they didn't even know how to transfer my data and ask me to do manually. I came back next day but they close without notice. So I back other next day to help me to put screen protector. And I asked the girl to help transfer messages. "No u can't :that's it. Do you train your staffs properly? Or they just don't want to help customers??? I would never comeback that location again. So badly
