We went for service appointment @7.30AM Shop and service center open 10-15mins late,coffee vending machine is not working and service rep-Rachelle made us really disappointed by not listening to our requirements and not communicate very clearly what’s best for our needs. Since I clearly communicated regular oil service required with wipers change and mentioned them we did the battery change & flat tire fix with wheel alignment and tire rotation a week ago in PepeBoys, still they insisted us to do it again and unfortunately they didn’t change my wipers too. If you really want to save your money pls stay away from this folks. pls do as per customer needs not insist everyone with your all recommendations. I spoke with manager in person as well he has no clue why their showroom requested us to do wheel alignment’rotation in a week time though it was done previously by other professionals
