Worst experience ever! Not only are the workers unprofessional, but their employees like to physically and verbally fight with customers and their products are poor quality! I spent more than five hours there to switch service to a phone only to get one that didn’t work and a hard time getting a refund. They Negatively talk about EVERY customer as soon as they leave the building which is very bad. I wouldn’t recommend this store if it was the last one on earth!

What a wonderful experience! 100% great customer service. My friend need to replace her phone and she don’t like the service at the 30 MLK dr, so I went and googled another location checking the rating this location had the best ratings. Needless say they delivered that five star customer service. Great Job!

Shady was a great customer service rep!! He sold me a great phone with a new number for a very good price!! Hes a great people person he does his job very very well!!! I highly recommend anyone who wants a phone to look for shady, the bigger guy with the spiked hair, hes the best!!!

Shady is absolutely amazing!! He got me in the newest Coolpad legacy, he set up my phone made sure I could listen to Amazon prime video and watch movies and TV all from my phone for only $60 a month and I spent less than I thought I would spend!! Absolutely amazing guy!!

My experience at Metro by T-mobile was great, he was very nice and experience with what I call geek stuff. But it's technically and he differently knows his stuff. Great experience, and great customer service, 5 starsðŸ˜.

Shady was an excellent salesman, he gave me the phone I wanted and the plan I wanted for a very affordable price out the door, and Bonus!! He set up the phone for me so I could use it as soon as I walked out of the store with all of my favorite apps and games!!! Highly recommend you buy a phone from this store!!! They will take care of you!!!!!!!!!
