So the store in itself is fine. Pretty busy, staff tries to keep up. My experience in the make up section was a little uncalled for. I was looking at foundations they had and some were out of the box and the manager passed me and passive aggressively said, "see they're always taking stuff out of the box" When on any camera you can see I just picked up what was already out. Please retrain your managers to be respectful and not passive aggressive.

I love the store, I always find everything I want to buy, but I am disappointed that I always lose something at the checkout, after payment while they are bagging. I'll have to wear big glasses.

I bought this jacket a month ago, I liked it so I didn't keep the receipt, until I figured out that it's a defective product, when it rained on me while wearing the jacket, its tincture is awfulwhen I went there they refused to return it and the man there I don't know if he's a manager or not he was either interrupting me and being so rude or accusing me of lying and then he left while I was talkingso literaly what happened is that they sold me a defective product and asking me to bring it back in a good condition.Awful Customer service, awful productDon’t buy from marshalsTeach your stuff how to treat customers

Been to 10 locations around the tri states by far the best in customer service, staff efficiency, cleanliness is on point and by far the most well stocked the inventory I seen. It’s pack in there got great deals my family and friend go there all the time
