This jewelry store has been opened here for years. Today was my first time going in.
I bought a pair of earrings for a good price. As a gift. The lady that assisted me was super nice. I’m definitely gonna go back for the Van Cleef bracelets.

I think they buy their reviews. I went in to ask them how much they would give me for a piece I got.
They couldn’t even look me in the eye when they told me their number 😂. They tried to give me less than the value of the gold. I politely declined and told them they’re out of their minds lmfao. They offered 4k when my piece is work minimum 5.8k in gold value and I got it appraised for 10k+ because it’s handmade.
I proceeded to look at their necklaces and asked them are these used. They proceeded to lie and tell me their brand new when there are clear blemishes and scratches on the jewelry. They were like oh they need a cleaning. Why would new unused jewelry need cleaning 😂. I wasn’t aware gold stained like that. Checking the other reviews and i’m simply not surprised lol.

Well I've bought my bracelet there I bought my diamond earrings there I bought my girl at the time a diamond crown ring also a chain Vicky is the best and very fair I'm a regular there they treat me like king in there lol I will continue to keep buying jewelry and recommend my friends when they see me with fine jewelry ❤️

I had a terrible experience at Majestic Jeweler. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I asked about pricing and sizing for different chains and pendants. Despite being ready to make a purchase, they insisted I come back another time. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning, and I advise others to avoid this store.

Bought myself a pair of $4k diamond hoops for my birthday that are supposed to be 18k white gold - they’re flimsy. Two weeks later the diamonds are falling out and the lock is malfunctioning. I’ve only worn them twice!!! Extremely disappointing.

Went in looking to resell an old engagement ring with 30 .3 carat diamonds in a halo band. They took it, told me it was worthless because of how small the stones were and that they wouldn't buy it. They then handed it back with one less diamond in the band.At this point it was insisted they told me they couldn't buy it because it was missing a diamond, not because the stones were small. They then got angry with me and threatened to pull up recordings and footage and bring in police, as if I was the person stealing from them.It wasn't worth the fight, so I left, ring still in hand, with one less diamond.Don't do business here.
