Staff is super helpful in recommending products that can work. I went yesterday and used all the products this morning. They worked just as the person said. Love the Vanishing Cream face moisturizer the most! Really helps with dry and oily areas on my face.

Joe made my first experience in a physical Lush store a great one! He was super helpful, answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was also very organized and clean. I will be stopping by the next time we are in town!

Me and my girlfriend stopped by lush to just re-buy our regular moisturizer and to take look at some of the shampoo and conditioner options that were there in store. We had no clue what we were even looking for & if it wasn’t for Joe we would've continued using our regular store bought shampoos that weren’t benefiting us. It felt as if we were just talking to a friend about our hair troubles and he tailored the shopping experience for us both! We left the store feeling confident very knowledgeable about all of the products we purchased. Thank you so much to Joe, he deserves a raise you here that managers. :)
