I had my kitchen renovated by the lowes on 440 in Jersey city. The cabinets were installed the first week of June. Had several severe issues with the installation. They installed 18 inch cabinets in a 16 inch opening. They left with an exposed cabinet frame by the microwave. The installer left that day without an explanation. I had to follow up with the installer and Lowes. There was a lot of back-and-forth on who to blame. Lowes blamed the installer measurements, the installer blamed the Lowes ordering team. It took one month to get the exposed cabinet frame fixed. It's the middle of August and still waiting for my cabinet overhang issue to be addressed. Lowes tried to deliver 2 broken ovens and cancelled a delivery the 3rd time. Lowes promised an on-site inspection. They did not show up when they said they would. I had to call them. Unprofessional!I had to take a lot of time off from work. I would not recommend Lowes for kitchen renovations under any circumstances Chris

Online ordered a bbq and patio furniture over a month ago. Every week, they keep rescheduling the delivery, sometimes once, sometimes twice a week. We've taken days off of work, cancelled planned outings...just to accept a delivery that never shows up and gets "rescheduled" at the end of the day after sitting around the whole day waiting. This has now happend 7 times. You try to call them and talk to someone, and you never can. You can spend 30 minutes, an hour, up to 4 hours on hold, and you will eventually get disconnected without the issue being resolved.

Without a doubt some of the worst service I have ever received .I have been attempting to get a washer/dryer delivered for over a month. First time it showed up they included the wrong parts, I went to the store to order directly to ensure the correct parts arrived. Again, wrong parts were included. I went to the store to pick up the parts so that the order was not delayed. They did not show AGAIN. Finally three weeks later the washer dryer shows up damaged. I had to refuse the order and was given no guidance on how to reschedule. Like everyone says, no one picks up when you call or can help. UNREAL AVOID LOWES

This store definitely has big issues of management and is the worst. Don't under why this stored manager was hired for poor management. I ordered a pick up last Fri but 4-5 staffs standing in the customer service desk not doing much while a long line of customer waiting. 20 mins later somebody told me lockbox is broken, computer is broken etc. Then a lady told they can get it from shelf for me. I waited another 20 mins, then they told me no inventory. I wasted almost an hour for nothing. They even didn't say a sorry or apology. Do you know what you guys are doing? Worst of worst. Go to home depot! Lows is getting worst in past 3 years compared with other vendor. Everyone is busy. Why waste customers' time?

Purchased a stove. The stove was damaged and so this Lowes picked it up. One month later and I am standing in the store waiting for them to get their @&$ together and issue the refund. Never again will I purchase any appliances from this store or any box store.

whoever owns this lowes needs to fire all his/her staff, including the manager. we bought a fridge..got all the food out from the old fridge so we could defrost it so it would be ready to be taken out. on the day of the delivery we waited all morning till afternoon and we called this store for the update multiple times and no one answered. turns out they've been buzzing on the wrong apartment. we went to the store because we couldn't contact anyone over the phone. even the manager doesn't give a f@ck what's going on. don't know if they dont wanna be there to work or what. wont be coming back here!!!

We came here looking for blinds, rugs, and other home supplies. They have a good selection of brands for blinds, but their size and color options were limited. We kept finding the color we wanted but wrong size or level of light filtration. We ended up reviewing the color swatch guides and ordering online instead.I wasn't too impressed with their rugs. Though their quality was reasonable, they had a lot of bland, washed out colors and dated patterns. We did get some great, ultra durable doormats from here, as well as clear plastic shelf liners. The liners were quite pricey though. Parking was easy. Checkout was fast.

I just got disconnected from Lowe's they didn't even get my purchase or order details just now.And I called before about the storage vendors that I picked up full of debris I was offered a 10% promo code.However I was basically getting "what you want?" from the customer service representative just now with regards to the fact that the return documents still had somebody else's labels on them and were badly heavily scoffed and used and this stands work coming up. I can't even begin to imagine what this stuff is I used 2 different kinds of lights all some chlorox and some degrees so far.But apparently you reach people on the phone that haven't a clue a cloak and are about as intelligent as well they're not they're dense. I'm attaching a lovely photo as a demonstration of what I was given for a new purchase at the Lowes in Jersey City. Mind you I dumped out most of the debris in the store still right there as a at the pickup counter.I don't see a way of touching a photo but I'd like to touch a photo of the bad stuff marks that I have not been able to clean and they lonely debris. Granded these Items are in storage and they're transported and put out in the floor or at the counter and there's some cleaning that would be expected but not to this level.

Don't know why this place is rated so low. Found what I needed. Person stocking asked me if I needed help. No wait to check out. Even had two workers who were outside help me get my mini refrigerator into the back of my car. They volunteered!

This is not a store worthy of anyone's patronage as their customer service and ability to communicate is extremely poor. I ordered an appliance online for truck delivery on a certain date. The delivery date and time were confirmed, yet when that day and time came, nothing was delivered. I called numerous times to problem solve with the store and was met with a phone that rang and rang endlessly to no answer. After repeated attempts, on the two occasions where someone did pick up, I was hung up on. The associates who answer the phone seem to not think it appropriate to offer an acceptable level of customer service.Do not shop here and go to Best Buy or Home Depot for your appliances. This particular store is wholly unprofessional.
