Absolutely disgusting. I went to sell my new TV at this pawn shop, but they refused it without any reason. I asked them why? And they replied and said “because it’s a no.”The staff was rude and unhelpful. I felt disrespected as a customer. Avoid this place. Don’t come here and don’t give them your money or stuff to sell.

This place will go out of their way to find any of your stuff as un satisfactory. I tested today with a new steam deck that never opened, and because the initial startup screen came on, they said it was broken. Not to mention, they also unlock stolen phones. When I went there to check their policies, there was a guy who said he "found" an iPhone and wanted to use it. They charged him 150 and said that it would be done in an hour. So they deal with stolen stuff, too. ?
