Experience was terrible and I usually do not go to JC Medical because I've heard nothing but terrible things about this place, but I decided to go because my doctors are here. I arrived at the hospital a little before 7:30pm and didn't leave until 5am. Minding you, I was only in there for constipation and a CT scan. The assistant Isabella left a needle in my hand and walked away to get help, which I have spoken to my lawyer about that and have it on camera as well. The gentleman that does the CT scans is inappropriate, he tried to discuss a tv show with me at 4am. Very unprofessional staff and disgusting hospital. I will never go back there and continue to go the Bayonne, where they are more efficient and professional.

Bad customer service for visitors i never see that rudeness treatment from the nurse in fourth floor 9/4/24 at 10:30pm waiting area in the deliver baby section and the person same nurse called him said he is the security supervisor just happened now cursing my sister and told her rude without giving you any attention no listening to you To explain the situation both are disrespectful at all and discriminate us i totally disappointed

I had to go to the ER for massive bleeding after D&C. Nurse Billy was such an angel. He took care of me, gave me juice and cookies when I was lightheaded and walked me all the way for the Uber. Thank you all the staffs for taking good care of me today.

My daughter and I always have a great experience at "The Family Health Center at Jersey City". Since we arrived, Mrs. Luz, Amarilis and Edmundo welcome us with kindness and professionalism. As always the dental assistant Carolina does an excellent job, making sure everything is prepared, clean and comfortable.
I recommend to anyone looking for reliable, quality dental service.

The nurses are very rude,they act like children. Most of the trauma doctors are good. Jack who is a trauma doctor was EXCELLENT! The students don't seem like they want to learn.Some nurses are very rough!! And they talk about patients right in front of the patient!?! The NURSES ARE ON POWER TRIPS!! THINKING THEY CAN PLAY GOD!THEY DON'T GET TO PLAY GOD,GOD GETS TO PLAY GOD!!!!IF YOUR IN PAIN HA! HA! GOOD LUCK!!THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE WEAKEST CHEAPEST PAIN MEDICATION!! UNLESS YOU HAVE WONDERFUL HEALTH INSURANCE?!I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST HOSPITALS AROUND????. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! YOU HAVE TO PRESS THE CALL BUTTON LIKE 10 TIMES!?! I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THE CAMERAS WORK IN THE ROOMS?THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE! JAIL FOOD IS? BETTER! THE ONLY NICE RESPECTFUL PEOPLE IS HOUSEKEEPING?!And that's sad because I can bet housekeeping doesn't get paid that much !!But,nurses make GOOD $$$ HOWEVER HOUSEKEEPING IS WAY NICER AND RESPECTFUL! BUT,NURSES ARE TERRIBLE, MEAN,DISRESPECTFUL,ATTITUDE PROBLEM, ALWAYS COMPLAINING THEIR BACKS HURT OR THEY ARE TIRED ETC!! IT'S ANNOYING AND FUSTRATING!!!! PLEASE FIX YOUR STAFF!! DOCTORS ARE FINE?HOUSEKEEPING IS FINE? NURSES ARE TERRIBLE?FOOD IS TERRIBLE?MOST TECH'S ARE TERRIBLE?,A FEW NURSES ON 6 WEST I BELIEVE IT WAS 6 WEST....BRIANNA, JOLLY,SAM,MOMMY MARIE WAS AMAZING!! SHE NEEDS A RAISE! JESSICA THAT WORKS OVERNIGHT WAS AMAZING, SHE DESERVES A RAISE! JACK THE TRAUMA DOCTOR, BEST doctor EVER!!!!!!!!!! THE STUDENTS WORRY ME THAT SOMEDAY THEY WILL BE DOCTORS ?They ALL SEEM SO CLUELESS!!!!!!! IT'S SCARY!! EVEN SOME TRAUMA DOCTORS WORRY ME AND THEY ARE ALREADY DOCTORS!?! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 0 I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
