Thank you to Jersey City Autoland for the easiest most hassle-free car shopping experience I have ever dealt with! I had a friend just recently get a car from here and I have to say Emily and Abdul were amazing, informative and they gave so many options for cars that worked with the budget in mind. 10/10 would go back for my next vehicle.

TL:DR - Highly recommended from inexperienced buyer.
I hadn't owned a car in about 20 years, so looking to buy one seemed daunting. I found a car on the Carfax app that happened to be located at Autoland.
I felt comfortable immediately when I arrived. Abdul introduced himself to me as the owner and noted that they had another car, same make and model but a year newer, for a nominal price increase. I test drove both, liked the new one much more, and decided to take it.
Completion of the purchase was quick and easy and I was probably there for 90 minutes total with the test driving.
I've had my car for about a month now and it's been great. Thanks to Abdul and everyone else at Autoland!

I had purchased a vehicle from them almost a year ago, it would be a year in August of this year. The Owner is so sweet and very understanding and doesn’t beat around the bush. I had purchased my car on Saturday and the car being detailed and inspected before it got delivered to me that coming Monday. Fast forward almost a year later, I went to get normal car maintenance on my SUV and when the mechanic (who has 40 plus years of experience) had put it on the lift had said to me that my WHOLE subframe has rotted away. He had told me that the level it rotted at doesn’t happen over a year, that is years worth of it rotting away. I had another mechanic look it (who also has 20 plus years of experience) and even he said that this doesn’t happen in a year. When I purchased the car I was not informed that the subframe was rotted away, I had also purchased warranty on the car as well which in fact is not covered. I had called that Saturday to the dealership, I do admit was upset, the manager I had spoken with was very unprofessional and said I was falsely accusing them of not inspecting the car. Then proceeded to tell them that Lemon Law was only good for 30 days after i purchased it, which is not true Lemon Law is good for 2 years after purchase. The job to do my subframe is costing me close to $5,000 which half of what the car is worth.The Manager said that she could help get estimates from places near them, but that’s not the point. I was sold a car that had a rotted subframe and was not informed by place because they said everything checks oit great. Well everything does not check great and lied too so, i would ask all the questions and make sure you or someone else you’re with checks underneath of the car so this doesn’t happen.

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Jersey City Autoland . My time with the company was marred by dishonesty and unprofessionalism, culminating in my wrongful termination without any notice or reason.
Despite my dedication and hard work, I was met with false promises and misleading information from management. The lack of transparency and honesty was a constant issue .
The final blow came when I was abruptly terminated without any prior warning or explanation except “it’s just business” .Despite my consistent performance and dedication. This not only disrupted my career but also caused significant personal distress. The way in which the company handled my termination was both unprofessional and unjust.
I would strongly advise anyone considering association with Jersey City Autoland to proceed with caution. My experience has shown that their management practices are untrustworthy and unfair, which undermines the integrity of the entire organization.
I hope this review helps others to avoid the negative experience I’ve had.
Edit: It seems dishonesty is a skill at Autoland. When quoting someone, it's crucial to use their actual words, not fabricate lies. I understand the importance of punctuality, but falsely accusing me of poor attendance is a curious tactic, especially considering I often arrived before management and stayed after hours. In fact, I stayed until nearly 10 pm the night before I was fired without an explanation.
It's interesting that you claim I negatively impacted the company's performance, especially since I frequently handled customers on my own while management was off-premises for hours. The attacks and complete fabrications about my work ethic and skills are, unfortunately, not surprising given the terrible management at Autoland.
I hope this review helps anyone who reads it to avoid the negatives I’ve experienced with Autoland. I also hope that Autoland will stop disrespecting themselves by attempting to discredit and diminish those who speak out about the truths that exist beyond the surface.

Had a great experience at this dealership. The best people. Abdul and Emily took care of me and I felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. I definitely recommend, they are the best used car dealer I’ve been too!
