“I spent TWO MONTHS going back and forth with T-Mobile corporate over an issue. Every time, they had a new line for me or a new excuse or some sort of misinformation. All it took was one trip to this location and Michelle handled it in about 24 hours. I’m forever grateful for her taking the time out of her day to day duties to help me. Thank you! I’ll be going to this location for any purchases.”

“Four stars for four very helpful staff members, especially Lugo. We struggled to get a new line for over 7 hours (1 hour via live chat, 1 hour via phone operator, 4 hours traveling, and another hour in store). It was a weirdly peculiar case, but it finally got resolved. Minus one star though for who seemed to be the manager. She didn’t look us in the eye, told her staff that they couldn’t help us, and walked away. We were visibly distressed and remained calm and respectful. I think it would’ve been better service if she as the manager found more effective ways to explain the issues they’re facing, instead of how she approached the situation. Thankfully, staff members periodically checked in on us, communicated effectively and cordially, and eventually solved the issue (after the manager was gone).”

“Kimberly is amazing. What we all thought my situation was impossible but she made it possible. I walked needing to do a smart witch from a phone that had a bleeding almost completely blacked out and a forgotten samsung account password but she made the switch possible. I appreciate her help, patience and her persistence to figure it out. Kimberly THANK YOU! Definitely an asset to this location. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming!”

“Huge shoutout to GIANELLA!! LET ME EXPLAIN WHY! I walked in to this LOCATION with the intentions of canceling my agreement with T-Mobile due to a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication ! To the point where I had my mind made up and actually promised my son that nobody, I mean Nobody can prevent that from Happening!! Boy was I wrong! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Gianella; with the most welcoming greet I have ever heard. It was like she was anticipating my arrival and even tho I was beyond furiou; and irate would be an understatement! This kind lady showed Empathy! Respect! Courtesy! Listened to detail! went above and beyond because she made it clear from the beginning that even though she was not the cause of the situation, but she will most certainly treat it accordingly like if she was the culprit! 52 years of living and let me tell you, with no exaggeration! I have never in my life experienced this kind of Customer Service! and I don't think I ever will! After it was all said and done, I promised her that I will bring her business and the next day i got a 4 line account to be opened! Now truthfulLu, customer service is what keeps companies afloat but employees like the Sweetheart "Gianella!" Is what keeps companies in Business!! Retained me by allowing me to be heard and then instantly attack the problem with solutions!! 5 Star Service!! Please disregard the horrible ratings because a lot of consumers forget to apply their thoughts when they are satisfied! Seems like nobody wants to share a bad experience; Only a negative one.
