Exlent place to buy new and certified cars. Most of the sales representatives are friendly but one I deal with his name is Carlos Intriago is very nice and help you to solve all your problems to buy new or certified car and explain everything in detail. We were in need of a new car for our family. After searching through multiple dealerships, we decided to go with Hudson Toyota for one specific reason. They do not try to charge you a "dealership add-on" for "market adjustment fee" several thousand dollars above the MSRP, which many dealerships will do, and you will only find out towards the end of the deal when you ask for an "out-the-door price". At Hudson Toyota, whatever the MSRP is, that's what you pay, plus their flat documentation fee, taxes, and fees for license and registration. There is no haggling back and forth. I think that is fair, especially if you are buying a car that is in high demand. We specifically worked with Mr. Roberto Barahona and his manager. They dealt fairly and honestly with us the entire time. There was no pressure or hard-selling whatsoever, no push to purchase anything etc, no added hidden fees. Mr. Barahona took his time calmly, explained the reality of purchasing a custom vehicle, and the expected time frame to wait. We put down our deposit for a custom vehicle. When the car arrived, we were notified the same day. Despite multiple other offers on the vehicle that we ordered, Mr. Barahona stayed loyal to our original deal. The whole experience was without stress, we were not rushed, we did not feel like we needed to watch over our shoulders for some trick, some hidden fee, or last minute change to the originally agreed plan. Mr. Barahona and Hudson Toyota was a pleasure to work with.

Roberto is the best representative that help me to find the best deals for my family and myself. Around 3 years ago, we buy a car with this amazing dealer that help us to understand policies, advantages of a good deal. He is so patience, informative, helpful, friendly and respectful. Beware of their parts price gouging if you don't order online. Their MSRP online prices are not honored if you purchase while in the facility. They charged me over double the price at the Parts counter. When I questioned this, Louis the service manager said "this is a corporation and I can't do anything to help you."

Had a disappointing experience at this dealership and do not recommend going there. Scheduled an appointment specifically to view the 2024 RAV4, but when I arrived, they only had a 2020 model available for test drive. The salesperson seemed uninterested, answering my questions as if it was a bother. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

I want make one review with very thankfully and my satisfy for Hudson Toyota especially Jack and Jenny on last Saturday
First of all I got the very very nice car Toyota Highlander upgrade!!!
Now my car makes me very happy and better confidence to drive with my 3 grandkids to go school and pick up in everywhere
It is wide, comfortable seats and enough space
I decided on the first day to look how to upgrade for my grand kids for school mainly
Jack,, he is very very kind and greeted us very nicely at the moment, listen very carefully what I need exactly then after 2hrs explain and show and drive various cars!!!!
Absolutely after 2hrs I can decide strongly with confidence upgrade to Hughlander!
Oh!!! It is amazing
