I visit this place because I have to buy my books to study but the attention of the people who work here leaves a lot to talk about especially the man whose unpleasant character should attend well to the people none of us come here to ask them for anything we welcome to buy....

bought a knife kit and rented some E books all together for almost $400 and everything new untouched. Changed major and called if I could return this stuff and was told I could return it with a receipt, I go to the store and told everything is final sale and non refundable!!!! So stupid and unprofessional to say one thing and then another and waste my time and money!!! The staff at the store is also rude. Careful with anyone buying stuff from this store

I actualy work here the pay is kinda low but there hrs are reasonable u can do morning and after noon shifts and u are off on the weekends..holidays included. Im still learnin the trade but the pay rate is 13.5 hrly a few key points to remember1.all book returns must be returned before the due date if u are late then they will charge u2.any time u make a purchase u gona need ya student non drivers or drivers license id to make a payment either online or instore3.if u do a online order make sure i have ur order4.they are open between 9am to 4 and 10 am to 3

As one who wrks here iit is truely an honor to be at this place the pay starts st 13.5 hrly nd u get over time hrs the store is always clean and its easy to progress they have everything theere from txt books of different studies like math english spanish law the human anatomy music etc they have calculators pens pencils and commputers with a basic but sleek disign that can hold up to 200 gigs and they also have kitchen sets too!

the staff are unhelpful, they are disrespectful and not considerate. If i were able to report the supervisor and worker i would... that's not a way to treat a customer who is also a student striving to succeed. If you are looking for refunds from products bought in this bookstore. Good luck. They couldn't even get me the bookstore guideline or find ways to help

So today, I tried to return a rental textbook in the exact condition given to me by the bookstore, and apparently, now the book is damaged, and they cannot accept it. Furthermore, according to the manager, the bookstore only rents books in usable condition; however, last semester, a staff member wanted me to rent a book with the front covered substantially damaged. Also the store manager is the only person with authority to mediate the matter and he's on vacation and comes back after the rental due date. Also, I rented this book for less than 6 weeks, however, I'm responsible for the years of damage. This is highly irrational, and I expect this matter to be solved!
