Beware of any coupons that are on their website, you could easily come in and get a service thinking that you are going to pay one price and then they charge almost double. If you complain the answer will be "That is from Mopar and we don't honor it, it's not on our website" when it clearly is

I saw hudson Chrysler jeep went in to check not planning to buy , then I meet wessam the sales man which was very respectufl and professional converted me to buy dodge Durango.The hole experience was with sales Manger Madison was great and even Julian is great. So, to begin with our car broke down in the middle of the road due to a dead battery. We had got our car serviced with full body inspection few months back where no one mentioned about the health of the battery. On complaining about the same, they mentioned that battery check is not done in full inspection and the same inspection they did to diagnose our car's breakdown. We are disappointed since, we expect a thorough analysis of each part of the car that needs to be mentioned when the car is given for servicing and do not expect our car to stop running still after that in the middle of the road.

After paying over 500 hundred, for my air conditioning to be repaired. I was told to come back in two week to find out what's the issue. The air conditioner was working upon leaving. However the agent shared it was a leak that they couldn't find and added a fluid to help discover it. I just need to driver the vehicle and return in weekends for them to find it. The truck been with the service from 8-5 . I returned the truck yesterday at 1pm it stay over night no call, I called at 1pm the person who previously worked out the vehicle is out and the agent will currently now find someone to work on the truck . I need people to know my experience before using this service. Especially women because I drive away with no repairs less money in the bill and time missed from work.

The most unprofessional, incompetent service department I’ve have ever been EVER. Today I had an appointment to repair an issue I’ve been having with my brand new Ram Rebel since I purchased it where the bed door will not unlock no matter what you do and today being the 3rd time bringing in the truck for service for the same issue that they can’t figure it out. So because I voiced my concerns and disappointment with there service the supervisor “Curtis Thomas” tells me to “lower my voice” or he wouldn’t be fixing my truck that they couldn’t fix in six days lol. So I did exactly that and left now mind you I’ve just purchased 2 vehicles there in one month the truck with the issue and a Durango Hellcat so I spent easily $200,000 but this guy Curtis Thomas is worried about the tone of my voice. You can’t make this up lol and there service rep Erick Montero is unbelievably unprofessional and knows nothing about being in his position and dealing with costumers. So this review isn’t the only thing I’m doing about this I’m also making a complaint to the BBB and corporate.

Salesman Braulio was direct and no B.S. Gave me what I wanted for my 2016 Ram truck and even dropped 3,000 from the MSRP. Which in today’s market is unheard of. Got my interest rate 3 points less than the average 750 person. Dealership didn’t waste my time. Highly recommend them. My beast below.

My vehicle as well as myself as a customer received first class service and treatment. I have no complaints to speak of. This establishment has a very valuable asset called Mr. Roman. Not everyone has the good fortune to encounter someone such as he. They convinced me to buy rim protection ding protection key fob protection only to tell me that it’s not actually protected right before my lease was up. They refused to do work on my car and the 60,000 mile power train warranty which also covers the exhaust they said they won’t even look at it without charging me 225 if it’s not at the manifold

I would give this place a 0 star review if I could. This is my second jeep lease. The first one was with Jeep Chrysler in Verona (I will be going back there when this lease expires, because the Jersey City dealership is the WORST). This dealership kept us waiting for hours while we were leasing the car as we watched them hang around the front desk and mess around with their coworkers. Each time we take the car in for simple maintenance it turns into a multi-day affair without any communication. Don't even try getting something covered by the warranty, you'll just have your car held hostage and end up paying out of pocket in the end. This place is a poor excuse of a business. Please go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

Don't take your car to be serviced at any Hudson Dealer. We wasted at least $2,000 dollars at this company. I have been telling them for over 2 years that are Jeep was not running properly before our warranty had expired. My Grand Jeep Cherokee has had every single care package for servicing they suggest for each milestone. The last appointment is what upset me the most. I asked them check our engine mounts and serpentine belt and was assured they did not "find or see" a problem or what they infamously will tell you is they cannot replicate a problem. I decided to decline another visit to their dealer and instead had to take my Jeep elsewhere for servicing. My serpentine belt was actually so worn out it was about to pop from the damage, both engines mounts are worn out and my alternator got over worked and drained our battery. I'm in the process of seeking legal action against them and making a complaint with the BBB because of how much money we spent with no results. This dealer needs to be placed under investigation in the entire Bergen County area in New Jersey. Whoever is responding to their reviews, are just trying to cover themselves or if not they discriminate against minorities! I'm convinced.

THE WORST DEALER IN THE WORLD. WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. DROVE OUT AND LOST ALL MY COOLENT BECAUSE THERE MECHANICS DIDNT SCREW THE CAP ON CORRECTLY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE FOR ANYTHING.

The service department is terrible. Unresponsive after multiple phone calls and emails. When my service rep is out for the weekend I asked to speak to someone else for an update and was given attitude and no one called me back. My car was recalled and only needed software updates. Not sure why it's been in the shop for 7 days with no updates. Do not recommend.
