It cost us just as much as a private accountant and they failed to set up direct deposit, even though I entered the information into their portal and asked multiple times. Also almost forgot to include our child care deductions. Now we wonder what else they forgot. We were in a pinch this year but will absolutely not go back!

I’ve gone to this location for the last 3 years and have had a great experience every time. Dorothy, who has helped me each time, has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. She’s also given me great advice that has helped reduce the amount I’ve owed/helped me get an actual return rather than owing. The rest of the staff are extremely friendly and clearly enjoy working there. If you have basic taxes to be filed it’s done fairly quickly, and in my opinion is worth spending the money on the service. They also book you for the following year’s appointment the same day you go in so you don’t even have to think about taxes again until the next year.

Was a great client but the receptionist messed things up and being that I’m disabled and can’t get to the office! My H&R Block rep who does my taxes does not get back to me been calling her for the past three weeks the past three weeks and when I called and left a message for her to call me back she didn’t!
