Checkout is slow, downstairs checkout is closed even though an employee is standing there. A few of the employees were really nice, not all though.

OK this HM is a very well put H&M I feel the best ones are in Manhattan but this one here can really show others how it is done! Store clean, very organized, staff is helpful! All good things from this H&M go visit

Cannot say enough good things about the experience I had in the store today. I had to return a few items and there was a huge line of other shoppers behind me at the register. The cashier, Jeremiah was very calm, collected and courteous. He did not rush me one bit or appeared to be annoyed at all. I’ve never had this experience anywhere till now! Thank you and I wish you lots of success in your life young man.

I wanted to return two items from H&M because they didn't fit me well due to my pregnancy. However, the woman named Jully refused to accept them, claiming they were worn. I then went to another store where the woman easily refunded me. This message is for you, Jully. What's the point of your behavior? Remember, you are just a small cog in the capitalism machine and they will lay you off after Christmas. Use your brain, please, for your own sake.

Store staff doesnt know what she is doing and is slow, keeping a huge line after her. She works 2:40pm on second floor today Oct 19. She didn’t look for tags when she received a cloth to be returned and just told me straight up she couldn’t return it because it doesn’t have tags. If you are not capable to do something this simple you shouldn’t be hired. In addition, she demands that I bring the original payment card or she will not give the refund. Most stores are capable of tracking it from the receipt, so it seems she also doesn’t know how to process it properly. I don’t think this store knows how to hire people. The staff are grumpy and slow in general. The process is not stream lined
