Fast and reliable service. We've had hiper internet for a few years and have only a handful of disruptions so far. Andrea and Maria were able to address my ethernet issues quickly and efficiently in these past few days as well.

Leaving 5 stars because my WiFi was fixed literally within 12 hours on a weekend. Actually amazing. However, HiPer management, if you see this, get a new call center lol. They tell me I can’t do anything till Monday, I called back got a new person and was told the same thing. I didn’t listen and sent an email instead. It got resolved. Either way, super fast and I am satisfied. Just make sure if you need support, you email.
