This a beautiful shop and small family owned business downtown right next to Kannibal (my other favorite). Now that I have a baby and several nieces and nephews, I have been shopping for their Christmas presents here. I love that they have many options of local, sustainable, eco friendly toys and clothes. It's a nice change when you want something different than what you'd find at target! They are pricey but the items are high quality. And I can never resist stopping at their sale rack outside. Definitely recommend this place when you want to find something special for your little one.

I love walking around shops such as this! It showcases eclectic items from different eras. Our friend who was dog sitting suggested we come here to pass the time. So glad we came in here!

If you have a kid, or know someone who does, you need to go to this story. Everything they stock is beautiful, well made, environmentally conscious and thoughtfully designed. It's a great place to pick up gifts or something special for your own little one. They're offering online orders and local same day delivery in the area due to COVID-19.

Love the stores selection and the location in JC. I have bought from here quite a few times. However the store clerk (Middle Aged woman) always makes me feel unwelcome unless i make a purchase. Even then, she's barely friendly. Yesterday my toddler took a toy off the shelf and it fell. She then proceeded to take it away from him, nearly making him cry. In all my toy shopping days, I've never seen a worker take a toy away from a child, it was bizarre! I could tell she was annoyed with us just being there even though my toddler was well behaved. I would have walked out then but I already promised him a toy that I was in the process of paying for. Then she picked up a toy that he already owned and gave it to us in a manner of trying to rush us out of the store. I feel she is not suited for running a toy store with children as customers. It requires a certain amount of patience and flexibility. I'm sure she doesn't mean any harm, just seems that's her personality. Writing this review so hopefully the owner takes note of the behaviors. I am hoping that this worker simply has severe OCD and is not being unwelcoming for another reason. But after that experience, I probably won't be back.

Love the shop. Such a wonderful curation of toys and treats for a little one. I'm just giving 3 stars because I put my many down to be called about ordering a toy by March and never received a call or email back about it. I ended up just going to amazon.com which I don't like as I'd muc prefer supporting a mom and pop shop. But the one thing a mom and pop shop should always do is make that extra sweet and person step of following up about those sorts of things. Especially when told to expect a follow up.
