Fantastic shop, and wonderful staff! Stopped by this weekend looking to borrow a tool to unscrew my bike seat to replace with an alternative one, and they kindly helped fix the seat free of charge! Will be back to buy items and use for services in the future based on their helpful kindness !

Had a really great experience buying a bike from this shop. Came in with vague wants and was shown a few different options. They were very accommodating for setup of accessories and felt like they genuinely wanted to help / not upsell.
On top of that, living in the area is super convenient for the free maintenance they offer after purchase.

Been a Grove Street Bikes customer since they were on Grove St. Always try to turn you around quickly and have great mechanics, and well selected gear. We are lucky to have a good shop like this.

Took my bike in after a 260 mile weekend ride. They tuned it up and even washed and polished it. I kept having issues with brake pads and the store I purchased from couldn't fix. When I tell you it rides better than when I bought it brand new. Extra friendly and professional service on top.

The guys here are great, excellent customer service, they are also diligent, skilled mechanics, I had been taking my bike to REI for tuneup for several years and REI never noticed a critical ball bearing component that was broken
They are always happy to take care of you no matter what’s wrong with your bike, and they don’t charge a lot, I wish there were more small businesses like this in this area honestly
In-store prices for new bikes are also the same as anything online, highly recommend

The first 5 minutes I was in there I had at least three different employees make sure I didn't have any questions or needed any help finding anything. SUPER friendly and helpful. Awesome selection of bikes.
